Since all drapery and blinds from Vorquenxaovorl are custom-made to your specific measurements and specifications, returns and exchanges are limited. Each product is created uniquely for your windows and cannot be resold to other customers.
If you receive a product that is defective or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for inspection and, if confirmed, will provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
If there is an error in measurements taken by our team, we will correct the issue at no charge. If measurements were provided by the customer and found to be incorrect, correction fees may apply. We recommend using our professional measurement service to avoid such issues.
We provide fabric samples to ensure you're satisfied with your selection. If the final product color or pattern significantly differs from the approved sample due to our error, we will replace it. Please note that slight variations may occur due to lighting and display settings.
If installation is performed by Vorquenxaovorl and issues arise, our team will return to address and correct any problems related to our installation work at no additional charge.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse once production has begun. We encourage customers to carefully review all specifications and samples before final approval.
